Have been paying every month for my account for my account which doesn't decrease and I m not using it since 2018

Have been paying every month for my account for my account which doesn't decrease and I m not using it since 2018. They delay in getting my statement send to me even yesterday I request them via my email. This people are reaping me off. Please help me.??
