Harassment and poor FICA complaince

I have been receiving calls from a couple of so called accounts department persons from Sport Scene asking me for my personal information and telling me that the conversation is recorded and was then told that I opened an account and they have a copy of my ID and cell phone number and there is an outstanding balance. I have now even received a letter to state this. This is harassment at its worst, I did not participate or offered any info in any credit application to Sportscene. I did not open an account, in fact I have never bought anything at this franchise. <br> <br> How does a store open an account without doing a proper FICA, proof of residence, confirmation of employment, proof that application form was signed by me. I have now been requested to take my personal time to get an affidavit to state this and fax it to them. Like hell, who's paying for my petrol and my time, your application and FICA process is flawed and full of *****.<br> Sort out your credit process and make sure there is no BEARING on my credit record. I will take this to the consumer act ombudsman if this is not resolved. Ref given ***<br>
