Gugulethu store without cards for a year.

It really frustrating that every time I go to your Guguletu store to do a card replacement it's either I'm told they don't have a cards in store which I don't understand how a store won't have cards whereas they have to application and has a target but always don't have cards and if it's not the card story they send me away and say I must go to Phillipi I mean I live in Guguletu why should I go to Phillipi when I live in gugulethu. It's been almost a year going there and 3 times still no assistance. As a tfg customer I am really disappointed by the service I get at Guguletu.
