Good Service

I want to commend the sales ladies (Andrea) at the Blue Route Branch on good customer service. I went into the store on Sunday 06/09/15 to make a purchase, but unfortunately my size was not available. The sales lady contacted numerous branches (whilst attending to other clients), found my size and requested it be sent to BR. She took my details and promised to call me back probably by the end of the week (due to previous bad experiences I was weary of these \promised phone calls). However
