So my family member got an gift I arranged it with the aria manager so I phoned kulsriver main road sportscene the manager that refused to give her name was so rude. I told her I spoke to the aria manager about an gift exchange she said she will not do it and asked me did her staff give his name she then hang up the phone accouse me of not telling the truth and said she will phone him now so I said no problem. After 5min I phoned back 5 times and she definitely knew my phone number and did not even answer. What kind of service is that sportscene. Please get staff that does not treat clients like this, the clients that keep the doors open. I will never go there and will definitely tell everyone about this. I also work with clients everyday and never will I ever treat a client like that. Now I know why there is never any clients in the shop I am surprise that the doors is still open. DOINT GO THERE
