About a week ago, your service was not the most popular in my world and it changed completely the way I thought of TFG and how my query was handled, however I got to speak to a lady by the name of Zanele Skosana from your online Sportscene department. I never believed in knight in shining armor until I spoke to her and she made life very easy for me when she explained the entire process with my order, how it happened and what the outcome was. I spoke to a few individuals regarding my order which was not delivered on the day you guys promised and the only sad solution I was given was to cancel it. I have never been so appalled in my life before that you offer something (A promise) and when you unable to deliver to situations which are uncontrollable (as explained by Zanele) you opt that I do not receive what I want and pay for. Zanele plead with me not to cancel the order and advised me what happened and what option I had regarding the matter. I appreciate the little gift voucher I received to and that is how you keep customers happy after an unpleasant situation which was never your fault. She deserves whatever it is you offer as compensation and probably more. Thank You Zanele
