Frustrated customer - I do not know what to do anymore

I have been waiting for you to get back to me which you never did, and when i phone you just not doing what i am asking you to do which is cancelling my order because have given up on getting it. i just want you to cancel the order and refund my money, its a second day now that you have been promising to cancel the order but you are not doing it. i am so ****ed off and fed up with you people.
