Frustrated

I bought 2 pairs of Nike air force sneakers for my 2 siblings, the size was fine for one of them and I had to return the other sneaker. I then returned it at Hazyview Sportscene but when I got there I was told the store have nothing to do with online orders and their pargo services is not working. I spoke to the lady who was refusing to assist me until she decided to call pargo and they told her a courier will come and collect my parcel that was on the 20 September 2019. A week a later I visited the store to check if the courier collected my parcel and they confirmed that the courier collected it on the same day. But till today I haven't heard anything, no refund was made and I have been sending Sportscene online numerous emails with no luck.
