Please advise why the overdue amount keeps increasing and now going down as I'm on a debit order and im Paying R600 on the account. Please see the charges on my account. I don't understand why you keep charging me R20 3 times a mount with interest of R170 why ? . Please note that I'm going to be taking legal action against you as I'm paying my account every month and the amount keeps increasing and not decreasing i have been paying this account but the amount stays on R10000 and the overdue amount is just increasing ? why are u robbing me ? and not assisting me ? this is ***** ...
