First time shopper to never shopping again!

<p>I placed an order online for the first time on . After not receiving the goods. I then sent a friendly email to inquire as to what is going on and received the rudest email ever from Chamelle saying the order was cancelled. I did not receive any further information than because of payment, which is strange because I used my account card. I then had to go place the order again only to find the items I wanted sold out! I figured mistakes happen and tried again. I then placed the order and requested and paid for express delivery. Today to my surprise my neighbour came over to say there was a package dropped off there. AGAIN I received no notification of this! An even better surprise is that only a 3rd of the order came. You guys are utterlly pathetic! I'm glad you are big enough to treat your loyal clients like *******, but I won't stand for it. </p>
