F*ckin' Ridiculous

I placed an order an order on the 12.07.2019, after 2 days I noticed that there wasn't any movement on my order then I called in and the person I spoke to assured me that my order is on its way but it is stuck on the system as they had to source stock from a different location but should get to me on Monday.

The next following days, still no change in my order so on Friday I decided to send an email, then i got feedback that they having technical issues and that is why I can't track my order and they'll escalate the matter.

Today- 19.08.2019 after calling in and querying my order, I was informed that the unit is out of stock and therefore your order was cancelled and I have been refunded.

After waiting a whole entire week, and being told on different occasions that my order is on the way this is the feedback I get! No notification or confirmation to cancel my order and refund me the funds, no alternative product offered, nothing. What's worse is that since I bought this on credit, they have already charged interest on this "purchase".
