False information/Inefficient staff.

So there is a dress that I wanted to purchase online the dress was out of stock so I checked the store availability the dress was supposed to be available at Archive Jhb,Park central Jhb and golden walk germiston I drove to all those stores and the dress was no where to be found infact and park central i was told that the dress is available but they can't take it out of the boxes as there is a revamp the staff was inefficient gave me attitude at some point I asked to speak to a manager at Golden Walk I was told there is no manager...I am very very disappointed.
