False information to customers

I app**** for their credit account. They sent me a message that I must come and collect the card sent me a message that I've R1500 voucher. When I get to sportscene Giyani they said I must pay R150 in order for me to get the card then R700 credit. So why the miss leading messages? Why keep on sending messages but not clearifying that I must pay R150 nd there's no R1500 why?
