FALSE HOPE FROM SPORTSCENE NXA!!!!

I have experienced the worse through sportscene as my partner and I were applying for a store card and we received an sms saying the card has been provisionally approved and we will be contacted if any documents are needed. We then sent the documents via the whatsapp link and got a response that documents have been received. Another sms came through saying that the application will expire but nothing has been done. The sms then stated that we must documents and we will be told where to fetch our card but this waa done around December and still no card no account and we keep getting these annoying sms's as if we gonna get the card and this is putting a huge impact on the credit score but NO you people keep sending the sms's over and over again. WE WERE GIVEN FALSE HOPE THAT OUR CARD WILL BE SORTED BUT STILL WE NEED TO GIVE THE SAME DOCUMENTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. If you don't want to give us the card then stop sending us these ****** messages.
