False Arrears

I paid up my sportscene account in 2014/15 at Jabulani mall in soweto and asked the consultant to close the account. A couple of months later I went to another sportscene in South Gate to check if the account is closed and the consultant there also confirmed that the account is closed. I recently just checked my score on clearscore and I found out I owe sportscene, when I went to a sportscene store in westgate the consultant checked and said my account is handed over to the lawyers and he can't check anything, I have to call the lawyers... I won't call any lawyer cause sportscene never even made me aware that my account is being handed over or if I'm in arrears to start with, to my knowledge my account is closed and I will even take this to the ombads if I have to, this is not fair and is actually messing with my life. I need this to be sorted.
