false advertising of timberland boots online

Good day i ordered a pair of size 6- timberland boots online, order was placed then cancelled, i sent them and email no response, i continued to check their website to see when they are available , and once again ordered a size 6- as per the website, order was placed and then cancelled AGAIN, this is false advertising , till now i haven't received feedback from them , highly unprofessional ,
