False advertising for online purchases

Extremely disappointed with their service i purchased a womens Jordaan that was released at 9am on the 1st of February 2021 online through my TFG account. I even recieved an email stating it was being processed and the correct size ordered. Today 3rd of Feb i recieve an email stating my order is cancelled and they were not able to find the stock. This is not acceptable and they are lying to their customers about having stock online. I will not purchase from the again and i am quite disappointed with the cancellation of my order. I did not go into the store because i ordered the shoe online. Why advertise a shoe online when they do not have the actual stock online to cater for it. How many other customers are being **** to and **********. This is really bad branding and this is the second bad experience i had with the TFG stores.
