FALSE ADVERTISING

I bought a cap this morning around 2 am and there was still stock from other stores and now it came to my surprise that my order canceled arnd 11 am, so you clearly doing false advertising, my bank charged me for that purchase so i want to know is this how you treat your customers, i am going to report this to the OMBUDSMAN because screenshots that the was stock in more than 5 stores
