False advertising

I'm so disappointed with the service I'm getting from TFG STORES (SPORTSCENE) The shops don't have sneakers and I looked all over the East Rand but I can't find any Airforce on your sportscene stores so I decided to buy it online and I did my order is P*** and I found what I'm looking for Online and I placed an order and it was approved but now its 3 days later nobody contacted me or even sent an email to inform me that my order has been canceled.

Why was it available online if they don't have it, because I believe you put items that you have online not what you "think" you have.

Why such a bad service honestly?
