**** sneakers ( Fong Kong)
Bought a pair of Adidas sneakers a couple of months ago and during that time I used Sneaker Protector that I bought with the sneakers. The day I decided to wash to sneakers with water I saw something I have never seen before since I own my 1st pair of sneakers, the glued part of the sneakers open up .
I sent their customer care pictures and proof of payment that was on 26 th of October I never had any correspondence with them I started enquiring 2 week ago , until now nobody called me to sort this case
