Extremely poor quality

A little over a month ago I purchased a pair of Kappa slides online from Sportscene and I was really happy with my purchase until recently when I realised that the slides were starting to tear from the top and the side. I am extremely unhappy with the poor quality of the product sold to me. I thought I could trust Sportscene to sell quality products however I can no longer buy confidently from their stores. I would like a rep from Sportscene to contact me regarding this as it is unacceptable.
