EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM TFG

I should be eating a zero for the experience. After lodging a complaint about a transfer of an item that I had to wait a month + for it finally arrive except now I find two left shoes in the box. What is happening I know mistakes happen but this is pure negligence. I am not going to lift a finger trying to go to the store again this shoe will be picked up at my address upon request from TFG then again a delivery of the correct shoe will take place and I’m expecting quick service. The person I bought this shoe says they don’t want it anymore so do I but because now we paid for it!!!! Sooo disappointing TFG you can do better.
