Extra Payment Which Is Not My Fault

Trust all is well.

Payment of R550.00 has been made for the above order to the following account: FNB CORPORATE CAPE TOWN ACCOUNT NUMBER: *** BRANCH CODE: 204109 OR 250655

Also find proof of the payment.

Is delivery possie within this week please

My Order Number is p*** for the same items. Paid already R550 the weekend.

Now it's charging me a R50 more which i am not going to pay due to your system which didn't work properly over the weekend.

Would like my items to be delivered by next week for the soonest please.

Reviewer Update
So you're keeping my R550 which I paid on the 25 of May. Now you're saying that the good I have ordered was damaged thus why you have to cancel it. For this inconvenience I would really like to have a detailed apology and a store voucher of R2000 cause you're not being helpful. I would like that immediately and would like to go to any store and they must have my R550.

Here is my new Reference Number: SP20MY***C48 and I will be collecting these item at the Golden Acre Store on the 2nd of May 2020 and show them my proof of payment that was made on the 25th of April 2020. Also I am still requesting for my voucher to be send also to the same store for your really poor service and a system that doesn't work correctly and for no one to bother to call me.
