Experience nearing ****** at SportScene Kolonnade

I tried to purchase a pair of Converse at SportScene Kolonnade. Nobody offered to assist, even though the store was very quiet. A personnel member named Neyo was extremely unhelpful and obviously had no idea that part of his job description was to assist customers. He did not take out the padding in the shoe and when asking him where there are mirrors to see the shoes on me, he simply pointed his finger. I asked to see the manager, to whom he once again just pointed. The person he pointed at was not even the manager, but another customer, which caused a huge ruccus. After having turned my back himself as well as the other staff had a huge laughter party at me, a customer who actually expects service. I went into Totalsport Kolonnade straight after and their service was great. Manager on duty at SportScene was just as unhelpful after eventually having traced him: Bohlokwa.
