Unfairly treatment

I am not a happy customer in January a bought a pair of sneaker at sportcene rustenburg Mall it was on Thursday then tried to fit my son on Sunday and I noticed that it doesn't fit him on Tuesday I tried to return the sneakers and the guy told me he can't exchange the shoes what hurts me I found the sneakers on display it was a last size because I loved the sneaker I told them it's fine I will take them my son never ever enjoyed the shoes because he hasn't worn them.. Tried to write on Tfg complains but haven't Recieved any feedback since in January now I'm sitting with for R899. 99 in my no one is wearing them tried to find a buyer still no one came in to buy them... Does this mean I lost my R899. 99 for nothing... Please assist as I don't need cash back only need a bigger size... Since then I'm no longer shopping at rustenburg Mall I'm doing my sportcene shopping at rustenburg waterfall mall and service there it's so overwhelming
