Excellent service

I would like to thank Matatielesportscene manager Sanele for his patience,from day one I went to sportscene his service was the best.He's never annoyed or not in a good mood.I remember the time I went to the branch with my Connect query regarding the SIM swap he said I have never done this before,but he went an extra mile and call the head office regarding the procedure.He never got tired of me going to the shop when I was struggling with the SIM swap,he was always professional at all times,he know the slogan of "putting yourself in the customer shoes" he assisted me with my query till the last day and he kept on keeping me updated with the outcome.

What he did was more than anything,and finally my aim swap was successful because of him.He's been lenient with me from day 1.Tfg need managers like him.

I would like to say thank you very much for never getting tired not everyone would have been patience like he was,he's the best manager his humanity is beyond all.I remember the time I bumped into him in town I said yewethu when will my aim swap be so sorted he smiled and said "Im busy with it and I will call you and let you know" and indeed it was sorted and he did not hesitate to call me.
