Excellent Recovery!

2 days ago I was close to tears after an unpleasant encounter regarding a Nike Cortez I wanted so badly but could not get it at Sandton because the last pair was in Pretoria. I would like to take this moment to appreciate how Themba turned my bad experience to an excellent encounter. He managed to calm me down and get my shoes from the PTA branch to the store within 48 hours which was way beyond my expectation! He went on to give me a free T shirt that I absolutely love!
