Excellent Customer Service

<p>Today I contacted a few Sportscene branches looking for a specific item, I went from the Online enquiries to contacting a few stores. As a collective experience it was good customer service. The experience I wan to highlight in this review is that of Wade January from Sportscene , Parow Branch. Not only did he deal with me in the most polite manner, he went miles out of his way to obtain the product I was looking for. He kept me up to date even when the feedback was not positive and continued to strive toward satisfying my query. </p> <p>He has definitely won a returning customer in the future. All I can say is that if he were to run his own business one day in this manner I can see huge success in his future. </p> <p>To Sportscene Management - Please reward Wade for his excellent customer service and delivering on your promise to your customers. He is an asset to your company I hope his future at your will be a successful one. </p>
