Excellent customer experience

My mother bought sneakers for my son in Gauteng and she sends them to me in limpopo tzaneen without the boxes. Only to find that the sizes are small. I then went to the store to go exchange however I was told that without original packaging they won't assist me. I then decided to lodge a complaint via their call centre and they logged a call for me and within 3 days I got a call from Mpho Area Manager for Tzaneen who was very helpful from the start to the end. Thank you very much Leadership, ur customers comes first. Keep up the good work & teach your fellow subordinates what customer experience is all about.
