Empty promises at Sportscene

I wanted to purchase a shoe at Sportscene cosmo mall but they did not have my size. they requested to call other stores that have stock to have the shoe delivered to them instead of me having to travel to jhb cbd (Eloff). This took place on the 3rd of July. I called the store (Cosmo) on the 7th to find out if the shoe had arrived, the store assistant that I spoke to, goes on to tell me that the shoe is no longer available, but when they called to find out on Saturday I was personally told that the store on eloff has stock and Philip (the sales assistant) would be ship to the store. I have proof of this conversation. If both stores were going to be so unreliable, I would have travelled to Eloff myself to purchase the shoe. What an inconvenience. I still had to be the one calling for updates when they had told me they will call me and they requested I leave my name and number which I did.
