employ employeess that are willing to work

What a bad experience i got from the Springs Mall Sportscene .... on saturday 14/09/2024 i went to the shop to do a claim for a lost insured phone but was turned back as the insurance department doesn't work on weekends which i understand .

I then went back today firstly theres always no one at the till, they scream each others names when they see someone near the counter which is very unprofessional . Then before i could do the insurance claim i was again turned back with reason stating i need to look for a phone of the exact amount as it cannot be less or cannot be more . .... surprisingly i was told to go to all TFG shops in the mall to try to check for a phone of the same limit before the claim is even made..... what a bad experience as they don't have customer service then only to go next door to be told I need to complete a form as it has not been approved as yet . which i completed at the next shop with no hassle

educate the employees to not take advantage of customers , they need to service all customers with the same mentality
