Don't use SPORTSCENE's online services.

I ordered a pair of Sneakers on the 25th of April along with Puma Slides that were apart of the same order. I received my slides within 2weeks which I expected and they communicated that it would be this slow due to Lockdown. A month after this goes by and I send an email to follow up on where my order is and all I ever got automated responses saying that it would take about two weeks to get a response and I am yet to hear anything, frustrated me decides Noooo ways I am walking into the store for help. I headed to the Maponya Mall Sportscene on the 20th Of June and they told me that they cannot help me at all, this is an online matter, that's where it should be resolved. At this point I am furious and head to their social media accounts asking them to sort out the matter. I include screenshots off everything as evidence and till today...(13th of July) I haven't heard anything nor received my shoes. Sportscene Social gives me a number that rings and no1 ever answers (***). This is a lot of money and at this point, I don't even want the shoes, can i just have my money back please....
