DO NOT SHOP AT SPORTSCENE (TFG)

Please do not shop at Sportscene. I placed an online order at sportscene on the 27th November 2019. I paid everything but i did not receive a confirmation for my order i only screen grabbed the screen after my order was successful that's how i got my order number. Last week on the 5th of December 2019 i call the Sportscene head office to inquire about my order. I was very disappointed when i was told that i will not be able to receive my order due to them overselling the product and so they don't have it anymore. But they never sent me anything to inform me about this plus the order was still reflecting as available online when i purchased it. And on top of that i am now told to send them my bank statement reflecting the payment made to sportscene. This means now i need to go to the bank and incur additional charges because the bank charge for bank statement. So now i need to pay in order for Sportscene to refund me plus i didn't even get the product i wanted and they didn't even bother to inform me that i won't get my goods due to them over selling and failing to update their system to reflect as such. I have not had time to go to the bank and request the bank statement for Sportscene so now my money is just chilling there in their bank account not body contacted me plus the person i ordered the product for is still waiting for the gift. This shop's incompetency has now dented my reputation as a person because now i look like someone who does not keep her promises. I am sure am now perceived as a **** because it's been over a week now and we're are heading on to the 2nd week and i don't have any evidence to prove to the person that i am not at fault as they never sent any correspondence to inform me about them overselling up until i called them to inquire.
