Do not purchase anything from TFG Sportscene website as they will send you the wrong items.

I ordered my husband a Nike Sneaker from their TFG website. To our surprise we received the delivery and were so excited to open the box, the box stated UK Size 10, only for us to open the box and find a UK size 9 in it.

We are very disappointed as the staff are not checking the stock that they are sending out to customers. what is worse is that they do not have a UK 10 availble online or in Durban.

The call centre agent, Nicole stated that I must call their JHB store to do a interstore transfer to Gateway store.

So why do you have call centre agents if they can not assist us?

I will never purchase anything online from TFG website.
