Dissapointing service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service at Chatsworth Sportscene. I went today to return an item and we was just after opening hours at 9:20 AM. I went to return an item and the worker made no attempts to try and see if I can get the item in a smaller size. They kept on making excuses that the I might get a damaged item instead, it would take a long time to get processed and so forth. They even stated that they would have to wait for somebody else to phone the other store to see if they have stock even though they was right there at the counter. Absolutely disappointing!
