Dissapointed in The Forschini Group

On the 1st of December 2022 i purchased sneakers online, the delivery options said "Free Delivery withing 3-5 working days" my purchase was that of R2199.90 two pairs of sneakers, i have received one on the 9th December and waited for another one pair till the Estimated arrival date (12 December 2022) and they never arrived. TFG didn't bother to inform me about my order until i got worried and called them and asked what's happening with the order which i was told "the order was cancelled" and i asked for refund. i was then told i will get the refund within 5 to 10 working days which is where the problem started because i need the refund as soon as today because they waisted my time and i need the sneakers now hence i ordered early december.....Help the sneakers is needed on the 16th december 2022
