Disrespectful

I am totally disgusted by the poor service myself and my mother who is a pensioner received today at Sportscene Waterfront. The manager apparently by the name of Warren was so disrespectful towards my mother, and never even apologized for the service and the time we have waisted to make a simple purchase, we even advised them we dont have much time and the shops was not even full but they made us spent like a hour in the shop but to top it of the disrespectful way we were handled by The manager, Akhona and Xolisile were just not on. If this complaint is not handled how its supposed to then im taking this further because the whole shop actually disrespected us, because the others witnessed what was happening but never thought to intervene. We were not handled like customers but rather beggars.
