Dishonesty

Good day, I am very disappointed in the service and the dishonesty your staff member ( Lejan) portrayed at your Water Front store. I purchased a pair of sneakers which was advertised for R 1700. However on purchasing the item, scanned for R 1300. I didn't notice this at the time, and gave the consultant R 1700 in vouchers. When asked if there was any credit on the voucher, she rep**** no. Then through the card away. As soon as I got home, I checked my slip and found that the sneakers actually cost R 1300. Therefore a credit of R 400 should still have been on my voucher. I called the store, and apparently they had emptied the bin already. I've escalated the complaint to the Head Office and store manager Nathi. This is the 4th week, and I have still not been compensated for my R 400. the store checked and the credit of R 400 is on the card. This is unacceptable and theft.
