Disgusting service all round.
Disgusting service in store and from the call Centre. We were unable to make a payment at the end of May due to pay cuts and lower earnings caused by the lockdown. When the call Centre agents call they do not give us a chance to make an arrangement or explain that we will be paying end of June. They are rude and have absolutely terrible attitudes. They don't know how to speak to clients.
We wanted to explain that we will be paying at the end of June but the call Centre person didn't give us a chance and just said on the phone "so you're saying you're UNEMPLOYED?!". Which is not the case. But unfortunately there has been pay cuts and no more overtime etc due to lockdown. End of April we paid an amount of R2950 onto the account and the money was NEVER allocated to the account. When we went into store (n1 city) to find out if the payment is reflecting the girl kept telling us the account is in arrears and she doesn't know but we have to call customer service ourselves she's not going to. The guy at the door with the sanitizer was on his phone and as we tried to enter he rudely just said "NO wait outside" and continued on his phone.
Sportscene needs to really train their sales people and call Centre agents in client services. And it is also so ASTONISHING that they don't have any form of lockdown implementations for those affected by the pandemic. It's absolutely disgusting
