DISGUSTED WITH ARCHIVE HOEK STREET AND THULANI

i have been contacting Archive with regards to a shoe, i then contacted sportscene fourways to have the shoe brought to them for me. i have been told, contact Archive in hoek street to have the shoe sent to fourways. ive called the store for three hours with no answer. i have been dealing with Vincent. the area manager to date has not contacted me to resolve. THULANI as well of no assistance what so ever.
