Disgusted customer

You're told to stand aside while others are assisted ibfront of you. I stood in the queue like everyone but on my turn to pay, was told to stand aside by the cashier lady from sportscene East London Oxford street. After 40 minutes and calling the manager i was assisted. And there's no social distancing themanager said he has no control and there's more than the number that is rrquired in the shop.
