Disgusted and dissapointed

Sportscene albertoncity really disappointed by thier lack of service, I did a lay bye with them about 3months ago, in those 3months I didn't even once get a call to remind me that my lay bye date was about to expire...eventually when I went to the store to enquire about it I was told there's nothing they could do, I was not even given a potion of the percentage of the money I paid to the laybye, I just think they are running a **** to make ppl laybye knowing they will forget so that they can take all their money.
