Disgusting and Appalling Service

Im so disappointed and would never suggest to anyone to open an account with TFG groups. I missed one payment for my account during this pandemic as I work for Gym and today I received a text stating that im handed over "YourSPORTSCENE acc was handed over to Anthony Richard & Associates, Pay R830.00 today. Pay into FNB BANK ACC *** REF *** or Make Payment at any Shoprite,Pick'nPay, Spar,using Easypay ***. Email ***"

The worse thing is I always paid more for my installments and always covered whatever fees I missed and always had a high purchase credit. The last payment I made was of R1550.00 on the 2nd of May which set my account up to date.

Prior to that I have been sending emails from the 26 May 2020 to date requesting my installment to be reduced or freeze till things are back to normal nobody responded but im receiving calls from their rude call center debt collectors. The only response I received was one email in March when I queried about my account back in Feb and a Anthea responded after sometime and confirmed my account was up to date.

I would never recommend these stores to anyone they so quick to ask for for people to open accounts but one payment missed worse during this pandemic they heartless, insensitive with appalling service.

I regret the day I opened this account.
