Disappointed

Bought a pair of uptempo Nike from sport scene sandton city when I got home the left sneaker had white spot all over and glue on the front it look **** . When I call the the Monday morning cause I bought it the Sunday try calling it took like 45 minutes to get though to the store . When I got thought a lady answer and said she will call me back . When she call me back she said she has a other pair in my size but not sure of the quality of it so I told her so must rather pass credit on it cause have account with sport scene and she said I can go to any store and do that . The problem I’m this second I bought from sandton city the first bought a pair of Jordan sock when got home and check it there was a hole in it . So iid it going to be everytime I buy something from sport scene I’m going to have to return it ? Really disappointed and irritated
