Disappointed customer that is still waiting for the order and feedback
I am so disappointed with Sportscene , I order a pair of shoes in the morning on 28 May, until today i have not received my order and it is suppose to take 3-5 days. i have phoned and email many times to find out where my parcel is and i have been told they are waiting for feedback form the couriers they will get back to me, until now i have not heard anything and when i track the parcel, the was last updated on the 28 of May saying that it is Dispached. if the TFG does not have the capacity to provide online shopping for they must just leave it because at the moment it is ****.

05 Jun 2019, 16:03I have been phoning and emailing you for many days now, and you have been telling me you will phone me back with feedback. you do not even bother to give me an update, I have to constantly follow up with you only to hear the same thing of "we will phone you with an update" . you are just wasting my airtime, bundles and time. your service is horrible you really do not care about your customers.
