Despicable service

I'm a fuming right now because of the poor service I got after buying on sportscene online. It took 5 working days for theses nitwits to tell me that the sneakers I ordered are not in stock yet they are still advertising them, the status kept saying at the warehouse. After receiving an email that my order has been delivered I called the foschini group and Michaela tells me that no a refund will be paid between 7_14 f@#$ working days because that sneakers is out of stock. Why the hell do you still have it on your website and why the *** am I only going to receive my refund in 14 days. I am so livid I could burn down the whole ****
