Denial of service and rude behavior by Lutendo

A very arrogant

I went to sportcene 3 times without assistance by lutendo .on 13 november i went to store to report loss of my phone and i found the without any idea where she says she will ask for me and i agree. The lady came back with arrogant staff member without symphathy. He demanded the box of the phone ,receipt and date when i purchased the phone . I said to him i neither reciept nor a date of purchase but i bought the phone online i only have afdavit , itc no and incident no he insist i must go to police for case no. The guy was shouting when i said no case no for loss no and he said he wont assist until i give him the case no. I went again to police station and police advise me no case no for loss phone. I was force to go to sister store foschini the lady did not hestate and she registered my claim

My concerns

1.Lutendo lack emphathy and he is very rude he talk over me in front of other customer and i felt humiliated

2. He was very unwilling to register of my claims by demanding unnecessary thing

3.His refusal to give his surname as he was not having tag or refer me his manager and also refusal to give me or write his list of demand to

4. He call me a **** and said he must have tape record as i always **** to him by saying to why you sending pillar to post

5. Lack of product knowledge at giyani store

6. His saying of you can complain "am use to complain nothing will happen to him
