Delivery service failure

Ordered a pair of takkies on the 02/09/2020 till today haven’t received them Have been calling and each time given a story about my address and mobile number incorrect.

It’s been 2 days since I last spoke with them and still No delivery or even a follow up call.

Sucks to the core and my money is gone and I’m left to do the calling using my airtime
