Delays , delays

I order track pants on the 25th June 2020 and opted for my order to be delivered at Foschini mall of Africa, I received a message on the 28 June that my parcel was handed over to the courier guys and even today I am still waiting for my order, I understand that it is lockdown and companies are facing challenges but I have been waiting for too long. I went to Foschini mall of Africa to enquire about my order and I was told that I have to wait for SMS. Please help
