DECLINED FOR NO REASON

<p>I app**** for a new account at sportscene to build my credit record i was then approved 2 days later and asked to send in my documentation after the whole process.I finally got approved and had to pick up my card at the nearest sportscene.I then went to blueroute mall to collect my card i was put on the phone with a consultant to confirm a few details with me as i done my application online the consultant asked me a few yes or no questions and finally came to the marketing questions i advised the consultant that i had said yes for marketing when i app**** for the account but want to change it as i do not want magazines all the time the consultant eventually told me that my application has been declined.The lady could not advise me why and said that the system redone my application and it came back decline.How is this possible i was already approved and i cant apply again as they said my credit score does not meet there requirements BUT I WAS APPROVED NO CONSULTANT CAN ASSIST ME as no one knows what to tell me A consultant promised to get a team leader to call Till now i am still waiting maybe they will call when im dead</p>
